Connie Lowe-Parker resides with her family in Annapolis Royal Nova Scotia where she is an active member of the arts community.
Near the age of 7, it was noticed that Connie had the ability to draw with great detail.
As a teen, Connie was continually encouraged by her parents to develop her skills. By the age of 23, Connie became a mother & also succeeded in completing "The Fundamentals of Art" through Art Instruction Schools. During this course, a shocking discovery was made that her son had severe developmental challenges, which resulted in her focus on her art career to cease.
Coping with several emotions were, at times, unbearable, but through support from friends & family, Connie eventually found art to be a therapeutic outlet which continues today to carry her through her journey as an accomplished artist.
With her husband's support, Connie works to focus on the beauty that surrounds her, rather than suffering with the emotional challenges of her role as a mother of a disabled adult child.
